Every patient leaves with a warranty contract signed by the treating dentist. It details the materials used, the teeth treated, warranty duration and terms of coverage.
Swiss IPS e.max® materials
All our veneers are made from IPS e.max® lithium disilicate ceramic by Ivoclar Vivadent — the same brand used in the finest clinics in London, Paris and Zurich.
5-year coverage: material + placement
The warranty covers both the material (crack, intrinsic discolouration, delamination) and the placement (premature debonding not caused by trauma). Valid for 5 years from the date of treatment.
Direct WhatsApp follow-up for 6 months
After you return home, your dentist remains reachable directly via WhatsApp for any question, sensitivity or discomfort — for at least 6 months, at no charge.

Treatment plan communicated
Depending on the diagnosis: remote monitoring, protective kit shipped to you, or scheduling of a return visit.
Repair or replacement at no charge
If the issue is covered, repair or replacement of the prosthesis is fully taken care of.
The materials behind the warranty
A warranty is only as good as the materials it covers. We use exclusively internationally certified brands — the same ones used in the finest clinics in London, Paris and Zurich.
Lithium disilicate glass ceramic — international standard for aesthetic veneers. Flexural strength: 400 MPa.
Ultra-translucent STML zirconia — world reference for posterior crowns. Flexural strength > 700 MPa.
High-performance polymer for implant-supported prosthetics — ISO 10993 biocompatible certified, elastic modulus close to bone.
Frequently asked questions about the warranty
Do I need to travel back to Tunisia to use the warranty? +
Not necessarily. We always start with a remote assessment via WhatsApp photos. If a return visit is genuinely required, we schedule it as a priority. Travel costs related to a warranty repair are discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Is the warranty valid if I live in the UK, USA or Australia? +
Yes. The warranty contract is valid regardless of your country of residence. In case of a dispute, you can contact our patient relations team who will handle your case in English.
What exactly does the warranty cover for No-Prep veneers? +
For No-Prep veneers (no tooth filing), the warranty covers the same elements: delamination, manufacturing-defect fracture, premature debonding. The advantage of No-Prep is that if anything goes wrong, your natural tooth underneath is completely intact, making any rework simpler.
Are there any formalities required at the end of 5 years? +
None. The warranty is automatic throughout the period. As you approach the 5-year mark, we recommend a routine check to assess the prostheses and plan any preventive replacement at preferential rates.
